Sales are processed and items are sent within 48 hours from the time the payment is cleared. However should your item be out of stock or there is a complication with your order there may be delays. We will notify you immediately if there are any unexpected delays.

All goods are sent via Australia Post service unless otherwise arranged. You can track your order via Australia Post website with the tracking number provided.

International packages are sent via Airmail Registered Service. In some countries where the registered service is not available, the packages are sent via regular Airmail service
